The app is easy to use. It offers spaces for comments, pictures, and videos. With a 360 camera, inspections are so much faster, and you don't have to worry about something being overlooked. It keeps the email address of the tenants, so when you do a report, they are in the system for you to submit it easily to them. It is relatively easy to edit the rooms needed and their names as well to desinate which room, such as front bedroom, primary bedroom, etc. zInspector has made my life easier.

I do wish that the information was synced back to Propertyware, rather than having to download and move inspections to each lease, but the ease of use of the app and how I am able to personalize inspection templates makes it well worth it.

This is less a review of the app and more a review of the zinspector software as a whole. But since the use of the app and website are pretty solidly linked, I think it's fitting to review both. Bottom line, it's fantastic. I can't express how much simpler it is to do an inspection with zinspector, and the support crew is phenomenal. I've had a couple of support tickets in, and the responses were timely and genuinely helpful. The team is constantly rolling out new features and QoL updates.
